  27. BBS is NOT an option for me due to the long distance phone charges involved.

  32. --P.S. I would like to pose a few questions to any USR personnel on this
  33. newsgroup: 
  34. --        1.    Why aren't the latest SDLs available for FTP at USR's FTP

  40. The new SDL file can be obtained by calling the 1-800-550-7800 Hotline and
  41. asking for it.  They will either download it to you, send it to you in email,
  42. or mail you a diskette.  The files are no longer available online because of
  43. US export restrictions.  They have to verify that you're in the US or Canada
  44. before they'll give you the new code.  Blame the government, not USR.
